About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at GITGI, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web platforms, internal tools, and ecosystem products. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into clear, usable, and elegant interfaces.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution, and who understands how design supports business goals, user needs, and long-term scalability.
What You Will Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and digital products
- Translate business and user requirements into clear UX solutions
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation
- Conduct basic user research, usability reviews, and design iterations
- Contribute to product discussions with a strong UX perspective
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
- Experience designing responsive web interfaces
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma (or similar design tools)
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with design systems
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional or remote teams
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
